IFWG Publishing is pleased to announce the expansion of their distribution partnership with Chicago-based IPG (Independent Publishing Group) from North America to all world regions. “This has many favourable synergies for IFWG,” said Gerry Huntman, Managing Director. “Most particularly, we have an exceptionally good working arrangement with IPG and extending our partnership, especially to cover Australia, New Zealand and the UK, will improve our market penetration. This, along with our Spanish language titles in the Americas, has truly benefited all of our operations.” 

IFWG ceased distribution through Novella Book Distributors (for Australia) amicably, nodding to Novella’s wishes to specialise in juvenile titles. We have also ceased with Gazelle Book Services (UK/Europe) with effect 28 February 2023, as part of our improved market positioning.

There will be some disruption of scheduled releases and fulfilment of distributor warehousing requirements in coming months, as we transition to these new arrangements. North America will largely be unaffected. Future posts will outline in detail our forward catalogue.
