Nathan Burrage lives in Sydney with his wife and two daughters. He is the author of Fivefold, a supernatural thriller first published by Random House Australia, and subsequently translated into Russian as Code Kabbalah. 

In 2005, Nathan graduated from Clarion South, an intensive, six-week residential writing program based on the famous workshops of the same name in the US. In 2011, he co-convened the Aurealis Awards in Sydney and remained part of the Organising Committee in 2012 and 2013.

Nathan has over twenty-five short story credits and has been shortlisted for both the Aurealis Awards and the Ditmar Awards. IFWG Australia will be releasing the first of his duology—The Salt Lines—in 2023.
